WHEN IT FEELS LIKE NOBODY CARES
Going through trauma can leave you with the feeling that nobody cares.
It’s as if something deep inside you reasons, “if someone did really care, I wouldn’t be going through this!”
This is normal and very common. It’s our human heart talking when it’s experiencing pain. And it feels awful.
Worse than this though, is experiencing this sensation that nobody cares, long after the trauma is over.
Some trauma survivors feel this their entire lives, decades after the original trauma ended.
At that point, the sensation and feeling has hardened into a core belief . . . and it blocks us from experiencing love in our present lives!
Regardless of how many years have passed since the original trauma occurred.
Nobody loves me.
Nobody’s there for me.
It’s time to uncover this, and see it for what it truly is.
Because people do care. People you already know and people you haven’t met yet - but when our energy is closed, we do not even register opportunities to connect with people who genuinely care.
We’re blinded from seeing other people’s love for us.
Are you ready to open up to possibility, Dearest?
Can you close your eyes now, and just imagine that there is another human being with a beautiful soul, who is ready to connect with you? Support you? Love you as you need to be loved? Whatever way that looks like for you?
This is the first step to experiencing it in real life . . . feel it first.
It’s yours, as soon as you open and say YES to it.
